Sister Simone Campbell comes to Madison!

On Saturday April 7, from 7-9pm, Sister Simone Campbell will be speaking in the Anderson Auditorium at Edgewood College, 1000 Edgewood Dr. Madison, WI.

Sr. Simone Campbell is the initiator of the well-known Nuns on the Bus project and Executive Director of NETWORK Social Justice lobby in Washington, DC. An engaging speakers, Sr. Simone will give us an informed view of what is happening in Congress as the federal budget is formed, especially how that moral document affects how much of our money goes to military defense and how that impacts all other budget priorities.She promises to engage all of us in the discussion and study of this crucial topic.  Free and open to the public. WILPF-Madison is co-sponsoring!
